Who We’re Looking For

We are currently seeking experienced workplace investigators with the following qualifications:

Experience

  • A background in Labour and Employment Law
  • 5+ years of experience in workplace investigations
  • Experience across diverse industries

You bring

  • Commitment to neutrality & procedural fairness
  • Knowledge of various regulatory environments
  • High professional standards

Bonus

  • You’re bilingual (English & French)
  • You’re located in Atlantic Canada or Ontario
