01 Discovery
Typically within 24 hours of your inquiry, our intake specialist will connect with you to understand the circumstances, allegations, relevant policies or legislation, timelines, and any special considerations.
02 Investigator Selection
Based on your needs, we recommend a Lead Investigator and provide their bio and hourly rate. Once approved, we conduct a conflict check to ensure neutrality.
03 Engagement
We prepare a Terms of Reference and Agreement outlining our mutual roles and commitments. After approval, we schedule a kickoff meeting to confirm details and coordinate communications to the parties and relevant stakeholders.
04 Investigation
With everything in place, the investigation begins. You’ll receive regular status updates throughout the process. At conclusion, we deliver a clear, peer reviewed, comprehensive report including findings, analysis, and—when appropriate—recommendations.
