Andrea conducts investigations into harassment, discrimination, bullying, fraud, and general misconduct. She is experienced in both unionized and non-unionized settings and is known for her trauma-informed approach, skill in rapport-building, and ability to provide actionable insights and policy recommendations.

Background

Andrea began her career as a litigator before transitioning into workplace investigation, drawn by the opportunity to resolve problems and promote healthier organizational cultures. She has twice been retained by Rubin Thomlinson LLP, a leading workplace investigation firm, and has held senior roles including Director of Professional Conduct at the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (2017–2020) and Investigator at the Office of the Ombudsman of Ontario (2010–2016). From 2008 through 2020, she also served as Manager of Investigations and Resolutions at the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
