She has extensive experience investigating harassment, discrimination (with a particular focus on anti-Black discrimination), and workplace bullying. Her work includes investigations across diverse organizations, with notable depth in financial institutions.

Background

Called to the Ontario Bar in 2016, Kimberly began her legal career providing e-Discovery and litigation support, assisting clients with data analysis, evidence preservation, and forensic evaluation. She went on to practice as an associate lawyer at a Toronto-based boutique firm, where she focused on employment and human rights law, including workplace harassment and settlement negotiation. Kimberly also served as a workplace investigator with Rubin Thomlinson LLP, where she gained further experience conducting neutral and procedurally sound investigations into harassment, discrimination, and workplace violence.
