Her experience includes complex cases with multiple complainants, counter-complaints, anonymous tips, and sensitive mental health considerations. She is recognized for her empathetic interview style and her ability to deliver clear, narrative-style reports that are accessible and actionable.
Background
A practicing lawyer since 2009, Megan previously served as a Human Rights Advisor for Ontario’s Ministry of Community Safety & Correctional Services and as a policy analyst for the Ontario Human Rights Commission. From 2016 through 2022, she was an investigator with Rubin Thomlinson LLP, one of Canada’s most respected workplace investigation firms.
