Background

Nitin was called to the Ontario Bar in 2012 after completing his law degree at the University of Ottawa. He later earned a Master of Laws in Dispute Resolution from Osgoode Hall Law School, equipping him with specialized expertise in workplace mediation and conflict management. Before joining Certitude, Nitin served as an in-house investigator and human rights consultant for Toronto’s municipal transit authority..
