Background

Sophia’s career includes extensive HR generalist and leadership roles in both industrial and professional settings. She has served as Director of Human Resources at the National Arts Centre (1999–2003) and spent over 20 years as a senior HR executive in Canada’s marine and air transportation sectors. Her early experience includes leadership development and executive training initiatives that continue to inform her investigative practice today..

We prepare a Terms of Reference and Agreement outlining our mutual roles and commitments. After approval, we schedule a kickoff meeting to confirm details and coordinate communications to the parties and relevant stakeholders.

04 Investigation

With everything in place, the investigation begins. You’ll receive regular status updates throughout the process. At conclusion, we deliver a clear, peer reviewed, comprehensive report including findings, analysis, and—when appropriate—recommendations.
